A summit was held in Kabul to finalize TAPI subcontracts

A meeting was held at the Ministry of Mines to finalize the subcontracts of TAPI.

The transit fees for the  pipeline and price of the gas were discussed at the meeting between Afghan Minister of Mines H.E. Wahidullah Shahrani and Turkmen Minister for Oil, Gas and Mining Industries H.E. Biram Gildi in Kabul, and both sides agreed on most of the issues at the meeting. It was also agreed that they will continue to have meetings in the future to complete the process.

The Minister of Mines said that the implementation of this project will strengthen the relations between Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India and will stabilize the region.

Deputy Minister in the  Ministry of Finance Mustafa Mastoor and the head of the Economic Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Dauodyar also participated the meeting.
