
Capacity Building Program and New System of Grad Salary to benefit the Ministry of Mines

To accommodate the capacity building program and new system of grad salary, an agreement was signed between the Ministry of Mines and Commission of Managerial Reforms and Civil Services.
The office of Media and Spoke Person of the Ministry of Mines said: “according to the importance of the mines in Afghanistan, it is necessary for the personnel of the ministry of mines to learn new methods of management and technology; therefore we are signing this agreement today.”
It was decided to accommodate the Capacity Building Program and New System of Grade Salary in 2011, but, according to the necessity and request of the Ministry of Mines for reforms in current year, the priority is donated to the Ministry of Mines.
The Capacity Building Program will be completed in two years and the New System of Grade Salary is beginning in three months. After the completion of this program, the personnel of the Ministry of Mines will be able to play important role in accommodation of strategic goals of the ministry.
